Soho House Austin is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering exceptional member and guest experiences. You will lead day-to-day staff, drive profitability, and uphold food safety and hospitality standards across all departments.

You will collaborate with various leaders to develop goals, implement improvements, and ensure superior service while maintaining Soho House brand ethos and culture. Strong leadership and hospitality instincts are essential.

Formación

• 7–10+ years managing high-volume F&B operations.
• Understand and enforce local and government food safety and emergency procedures.

Responsabilidades
