Soho House in Austin seeks an energetic Assistant General Manager to support the property General Manager in delivering exceptional member and guest experiences. The AGM will lead high-volume F&B operations, oversee staff performance, and drive efficiency and profitability across departments.

Collaborating with leadership, you will align strategic goals with daily operations—ensuring safety, service excellence, and memorable events.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years managing high-volume F&B operations.
• Ability to enforce food safety and emergency procedures.
• Experience interviewing hires and supporting team growth.
• Strong analytics to drive service trends and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GM to set operational goals and budgets.
• Drive profit by optimizing margins and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead staff across departments to ensure cohesive service and culture.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Head Office functions to implement processes and programs.
• Support annual marketing plans and cross-functional initiatives.
• Provide leadership on policies, procedures and systems.
