Soho House & Co seeks a Member Relations Manager to oversee end-to-end member experiences, from pre-arrival to post-visit engagement, across the House. You will coordinate with operations, membership, and events to ensure guests have a seamless and memorable visit.

The role emphasizes on-floor presence, real-time service recovery, and creating personal outreach moments for special occasions while supporting large events and member check-ins.

Qualifications

• Experience working in high-end hospitality environments is valued.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with members.
• Organised and efficient with multi-part coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong member-facing presence on the floor and check in with members hourly.
• Oversee member recognition and ensure real-time follow-through on service flags.
• Collaborate with F&B and Reception to gather member feedback on service and atmosphere.
• Arrange and execute special occasion gestures for dining guests.
• Assist with events check-in and host new member introductions.
