Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong member-facing presence on the floor to support all departments.
• Oversee and ensure real-time member recognition and seating/logistics with Front Desk and F&B.
• Assist with events check-in and ensure members' experiences are seamless.
• Create memorable personal outreach moments for special occasions (weddings, birthdays, promotions).
• Host new member introductions and support onboarding initiatives.
• Support bedroom/hotel experience ensuring arrivals, notes, and amenities meet VIP standards.
• Collaborate with GM, Head of MR and Membership Manager to improve service and member relations.
