Qualifications

• Tech‑savvy with Word, Excel, Outlook and online tools; banking software a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain financial products clearly.
• Organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with willingness to travel within the credit union's footprint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service in person, by phone, and online; process transactions.
• Cross-sell products by opening new accounts and recommending bank services.
• Assist with loan applications, documents, and status updates; originate and close select loans.
• Address member inquiries with empathy; adhere to compliance and risk controls.
