Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in member service, operations, or call center.
• Previous customer service experience and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships to understand members' financial picture and goals.
• Process transactions and resolve member inquiries with care and accuracy.
• Promote Credit Union products and services that meet member needs.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with other member services and administrative tasks as assigned.
