Job summary

Navigant Credit Union in Rhode Island is seeking a Member Relationship Advisor I to deliver outstanding service to members across in-person, phone, and online channels. You will process transactions, open accounts, and help members navigate banking products with a friendly, education-focused approach.

You will identify cross-sell opportunities, assist with loan applications, and collaborate with branch teams to deepen relationships while adhering to compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficient with standard office software and online banking tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to travel within the credit union footprint as needed.
• Willing to educate members on products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in-person, by phone, and online with transactions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and recommend banking products.
• Support loan applications, collect documents, and explain terms.
• Ensure compliance with BSA and other risk controls.
• Collaborate with branch team to deepen member relationships.
• Participate in community events and meet sales/service goals.
