Job summary

Navigant Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Advisor I to serve members in Rhode Island, delivering outstanding service in person, over the phone, and online. You will assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account updates while identifying opportunities to cross-sell banking products.

You will support loan processing, explain loan terms, and guide members through Smart Start, Cash Reserve Lines of Credit, and Personal Unsecured loans.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; banking software a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication to educate members on products and services.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with willingness to travel within the credit union's footprint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service in-person, by phone, and online; process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Assist members with opening accounts and cross-sell suitable products.
• Help with loan applications, collect documents, and provide loan updates.
• Explain loan terms and next steps for Smart Start, Cash Reserve Lines of Credit, and Personal Unsecured loans.
• Collaborate with branch teams to deepen member relationships.
• Ensure compliance with BSA and related risk controls.
