Job summary

Navigant Credit Union is seeking a proactive Member Relationship Advisor I in New Hampshire. You will serve members in-person, by phone, and online, handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and address changes while identifying cross-sell opportunities to meet member needs.

You’ll support loan processing, guide members through loan applications, and ensure a strong understanding of loan terms. Team collaboration and community engagement are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and online tools. Banking software experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; service-oriented and able to educate members on products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service in-person, over the phone, and online; process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Cross-sell products; assist with opening accounts and recommend services that fit members' needs.
• Assist with loan applications, collect documents, and provide updates on loan status; originate and close loans.
• Resolve member inquiries with empathy while adhering to compliance and risk controls.
