The Jordan YMCA in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Member Engagement Specialist to deliver a welcoming, high-quality member and guest experience.

You will lead front-line hospitality, supervise Welcome Associates, and work with center leadership to drive member engagement and growth while maintaining knowledgeable staff about programs and services. This full-time role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service, hospitality, membership engagement or sales.
• Ability to build positive relationships with members and staff.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of center offerings and pricing structures.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the center delivers a welcoming, high-quality experience for members and guests.
• Lead front-line member experience and hospitality; supervise Welcome Associates.
• Collaborate with the Director of Membership Growth and center leadership to support growth and engagement.
• Coordinate with programs to keep staff informed about YMCA offerings and pricing.
