Job summary

EōS Fitness in Texas is seeking a dynamic Member Experience Manager to lead the front desk team, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained gym environment while resolving billing questions and addressing member feedback. This role partners with department managers to train staff and drive retention across the club.

You will foster a culture that reflects our core values, support facility operations, and empower team members to deliver exceptional customer service and a best-in-class experience

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or frontline leadership in fitness/hospitality/service environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for member concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and train front desk staff with department managers to ensure best-in-class service.
• Monitor member satisfaction and provide insights to improve retention and overall experience.
