Responsibilities include resolving billing issues, training staff, and partnering with operations to uphold safety and cleanliness standards while embodying the company values in daily interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-line leadership in fitness/hospitality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with fitness management software, social media, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Take initiative to enhance the member experience.
• Serve as the first point of contact for member concerns and billing questions.
• Address complaints with professionalism and empathy to maintain retention.
• Develop and execute strategies to engage members and improve retention.
• Collaborate with managers to review member surveys and respond promptly.
