Job summary

Golds Gym DC Metro is seeking a hands-on leader to run the Member Experience operations at the home gym, focusing on member service, scheduling, and inventory management.

The role reports to the home-gym General Manager and requires motivating staff, maintaining professional standards, coordinating retail and concessions, and ensuring accurate inventory. This is a full-time position that emphasizes teamwork and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Member Experience TM in their home Club Gym to ensure policies and procedures as outlined.
• Motivate Member Experience in their home Club Gym to emphasize superior Member Experience.
• Schedules for Member Experience at their home Club Gym.
• This position is a regularly scheduled member experience position in their home Club Gym.
• Support retail, concession, promotions.
• Conducts daily and month-end retail and concession inventories.
• Inventory Control to include locking up storage, receiving and reconciling incoming merchandise.
