Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. seeks a proactive leader to head Member Experience operations at the home club gym, with a focus on member service, schedules and inventory management.

You will supervise the Member Experience team, drive outstanding guest service, manage daily and month-end inventories, support retail and concession activities, and report to the home-gym General Manager.

• Lead Member Experience TM in their home Club Gym to ensure policies and procedures as outlined.
• Motivate Member Experience in their home Club Gym to emphasize superior Member Experience.
• Schedules for Member Experience at their home Club Gym.
• This position is a regularly scheduled member experience position in their home Club Gym.
• Support retail, concession, promotions.
• Conducts daily and month-end retail and concession inventories.
• Inventory Control to include locking up storage, receiving and reconciling incoming merchandise.
