Responsibilities

• Manage club operations and daily gym functions with the General Manager to optimize member experience.
• Assist in hiring, training, developing, and mentoring gym staff to exceed member expectations.
• Oversee fitness programs, schedules, certifications, and coaching quality for trainers and instructors.
• Engage with members on the gym floor, greet guests, and address fitness needs to promote retention and satisfaction.
• Walk the gym floor to monitor operations, safety, and maintenance for a clean, welcoming environment.
