Job summary

Golds Gym DC Metro is seeking a Member Experience Lead for Bailey's Crossroads, Falls Church, VA. You will oversee member experience operations at the home gym, focusing on service, scheduling, and inventory, reporting to the home-gym General Manager.

The role emphasizes leading a team, maintaining professional standards, and coordinating retail and concessions while ensuring policies are followed.

Responsibilities

Lead Member Experience TM in their home Club Gym to ensure policies and procedures as outlined.
Motivate Member Experience in their home Club Gym to emphasize superior Member Experience.
Schedules for Member Experience at their home Club Gym.
This position is a regularly scheduled member experience position in their home Club Gym.
Support retail, concession, promotions.
Conducts daily and month-end retail and concession inventories.
Inventory Control to include locking up storage, receiving and reconciling incoming merchandise.
