Job summary

Gold's Gym DC Metro in Arlington, VA seeks a Member Experience Lead to oversee daily operations at the Ballston home gym, focusing on member service, scheduling, and inventory control.

You will lead the Member Experience team, drive superior service, and coordinate retail activities while reporting to the home-gym General Manager. This on-site role requires strong leadership and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead Member Experience TM in their home Club Gym to ensure policies and procedures as outlined.
• Motivate Member Experience in their home Club Gym to emphasize superior Member Experience.
• Schedules for Member Experience at their home Club Gym.
• This position is a regularly scheduled member experience position in their home Club Gym.
• Support retail, concession, promotions.
• Conducts daily and month-end retail and concession inventories.
• Inventory Control to include locking up storage, receiving and reconciling incoming merchandise.
