Job summary

Gold's Gym Washington is seeking a Service Motivator to greet members, elevate guest experiences, and guide memberships. You'll receive full training and have opportunities to grow into management as part of a friendly, energetic team at our Kirkland club.

This part-time, hourly role requires a positive attitude, reliable punctuality, and excellent communication. CPR certification is preferred, and weekend/holiday availability is expected to support club operations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, and genuinely motivated to help people.
• Comfortable talking with anyone, in person and by phone.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay composed during busy periods.
• Comfortable using computers and basic software.
• Dependable and punctual; available to work weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled.
• Must be CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every member by first name and every guest with a smile.
• Maintain front desk security by checking in members and guests.
• Enroll new members and introduce personal training and other club services.
• Lead tours and help guests choose memberships that fit goals.
• Process retail and membership transactions.
• Log maintenance needs and report safety concerns to management.
• Follow up with guests after their visits.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs to keep the club clean, organized, and equipment ready.
• Complete shift procedures and handoffs.
• Assist members with account and billing questions, escalating issues to management as needed.
