Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Oversee member service to ensure great customer experience.
• Front desk duties: answer calls, take info calls, assist check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, update member info, give gym tours.
• Support Club Manager and provide backup as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a positive club image.
• Assist with cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
• Assist in ordering supplies, inventory management, and reports.
