Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties, provide direction and feedback
• Communicate goals, train on processes, and support member service approaches
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, transactions, and self-checkout
• Oversee area operations, merchandise, returns, and cleanliness
• Handle cash and accounting records, deposits, and financial reporting
