Qualifications

• 18 years old or older
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet members in a confident, professional, friendly manner
• Anticipate member needs and respond promptly
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with accurate information
• Resolve customer concerns using communication and problem-solving skills
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift
• Process payments, give change and receipts accurately
• Promote products and special promotions to drive revenue
• Answer questions about business policies in a customer-friendly way
