Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet members and guests, assist with membership questions, and manage front desk transactions. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment and support daily operations.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, including evenings and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with front desk tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally and make them feel welcome.
• Assist with membership questions, policies, and gym services.
• Check-in members, handle billing and renewals at the front desk.
• Ensure front desk area and locker rooms are clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Promote memberships, personal training, and other services to members.
