Planet Fitness is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist in overseeing gym operations and ensuring a positive member experience. You will participate in staff training, front desk duties, member check-ins, and tours, while upholding company standards and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities include assisting in member services, supporting the Club Manager, and helping with marketing promotion awareness.

• Provide gym tours and greet potential members.
• Help with member service issues and questions.
• Support Club Manager with team supervision and backup.
