Planet Fitness Franchising, LLC is seeking an Assistant Club Manager to help oversee gym operations and ensure an exceptional, judgement-free member experience while driving club profitability.

The role focuses on recruiting and developing a high-performing team, delivering outstanding member service at the front desk, tours for prospective members, and maintaining a clean, well-supplied facility.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Experience working as a Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness.
• Solid supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite and Apple).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring and developing a high performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests with excellent service.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and oversee staff scheduling.
• Oversee front desk activities: answering phones, member check-ins, tours.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and manage supplies within budget.
• Track statistics and prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports.
