Job summary

Sam's Club in Cinnaminson, NJ is seeking a team member to provide member service, maintain the checkout area, and resolve member issues and concerns. You will promote Sam's Club products, guide members on self-service technology, process purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in line with policies, and follow safety procedures.

This role supports training frontline associates, handles merchandise, zones areas, and helps safeguard assets while delivering friendly service

Qualifications

• Retail experience, including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service. Maintains the checkout area. Resolves member issues and concerns.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services. Provides guidance on self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases. Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
