Job summary

Planet Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and deliver a superior member experience through friendly, helpful service. You will greet members at the front desk, handle inquiries, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include assisting with tours, processing sign-ups and cancellations, updating member accounts, and guiding member services issues to the Club Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Answer phone calls politely and assist with questions or concerns.
• Take info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to the Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
