Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome members and guests, drive a superior member experience, and support new member sign-ups while answering questions at the front desk in Minnesota.

You will handle tours, assist with check-ins, and coordinate with the Club Manager to resolve issues, while upholding a friendly, professional approach and contributing to a positive club environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, delivering a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, take info calls and tours, assist with sign-ups and updates.
• Facilitate member services issues by routing to the Club Manager/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
