Job summary

Talentify in Duluth is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and create a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

You will greet potential members, handle front desk tasks, answer calls, assist with sign-ups and check-ins, and help resolve member questions, reporting to the Club Manager. A friendly, professional demeanor and basic computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answering phone calls, taking info calls and tours, assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
