You will greet prospective members, assist with tours and sign-ups, handle inquiries by phone or in person, and help with member check-ins and account updates.

Reporting to the Club Manager, the role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills, with benefits, insurance options, and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet potential members and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, provide information, take info calls and tours, assist with sign-ups and account updates.
• Facilitate member services issues and route to Club Manager/leadership as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club environment.
