Job summary

Talentify in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support new member sales and deliver a superior member experience by providing exceptional service to members, prospective members, and guests. You will greet and assist potential members at the front desk, answer calls, give tours, handle sign-ups and cancellations, assist with memberships, and help maintain accurate member records.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks: answering phone calls, taking info calls and tours, assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
