Job summary

TopSpin Pickleball is seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk Staff member for our indoor facility in Hauppauge, NY. This full-time role (35-40 hrs/wk) involves welcoming members, managing check-ins and the reservation system, assisting with pro shop merchandise and snack bar, and delivering exceptional service to our pickleball community.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic math skills for transactions.
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Experience with Court Reserve Platform is a plus.
• Familiarity with pickleball equipment is desirable but not mandatory.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage member check-ins and processing payments.
• Assist with information on trainings, clinics, leagues and open plays.
• Provide details on memberships, facility amenities and events.
• Handle feedback and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Learn reservation system and record daily transactions and inventory.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations and positive experience.
• Adhere to club policies and safety protocols.
