Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to welcome and assist members, answer phones, and promote fitness products and promotions. You will balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail gym setting while maintaining the club’s cleanliness and superb customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of retail or customer service experience. Flexible weekend and weekday hours are available, with benefits including health coverage and a 401K plan.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.

• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to half of the shift.
• Handle payments, give change and receipts accurately.
• Promote products, services and promotions to drive revenue.
