Job summary

Findlay Community Hub, operated under TriHealth, seeks a Member Services Coordinator to manage front desk operations and new member onboarding. You will support membership sales, assist with enrollment and engagement initiatives, and contribute to a welcoming, organized environment.

The role includes scheduling, customer experience, and serving as a liaison between members, staff, and programs, with occasional Manager on Duty rotations and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• 1 year post High School Education in General Studies or equivalent experience.
• Cash register experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Proficiency with computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and facility concierge with a focus on new member onboarding.
• Support membership sales through tours and walk-ins.
• Assist with enrollment and engagement initiatives.
• Participate in Manager on Duty rotation including night and weekend shifts.
• Ensure a welcoming, organized environment for members and guests.
