TriHealth seeks aReceptionist for the Findlay Community Center in Cincinnati, OH. You will be the welcoming face at the front desk, greet members and guests, assist with facility access, and support program registrations while delivering outstanding customer service in a busy community setting.

This role involves handling calls, processing payments, and guiding visitors through policies and offerings to create a positive, inclusive experience for all ages.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Greeting and checking in all members with a friendly, service-driven attitude.
• Handle all incoming telephone calls with proper phone etiquette.
• Assist with program registration and payment collection, following proper steps.
