You will welcome members, assist with facility access, support memberships and program registration, and help visitors navigate all center offerings with a friendly, service-driven approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Front desk reception and customer service for all visitors.
• Greeting and checking in members; assist with program registration and payments.
• Handle incoming telephone calls with proper phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with department/facility policies and procedures.
