Equinox Fitness Club in New York's Hudson Yards is seeking energetic Front Desk Associates to join our team. You will professionally greet members, scan IDs at entry, answer phones, respond to questions, update member accounts, and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.

The role requires reliable, friendly individuals with strong communication skills and computer literacy. Candidates should be able to work various shifts and deliver the high level of guest service that defines the Equinox

• Must communicate effectively in person, via email, and via phone.

Responsibilities

• Professionally greet members and guests
• Scan membership IDs upon entry
• Answer phones professionally
• Respond to member questions, concerns and discrepancies
• Update members' accounts if needed
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area
• Ability to work opening/closing/mid-day shifts
• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
• Aid other departments with related tasks
