Equinox Fitness Clubs in New York is seeking energetic Front Desk Associates to join our team. You will professionally greet members and guests, scan memberships, answer phones, and respond to questions while delivering first-class service.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and flexible shifts; you will help maintain a clean, organized front desk and assist other departments as needed. A friendly, reliable, and computer-literate attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly.
• Strong communication in person, via email, and via phone.
• Interest in health, fitness, and/or sports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Professionally greet members and guests.
• Scan membership IDs upon entrance.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Respond to member questions, concerns and discrepancies.
• Update members’ accounts if needed.
• Maintain an orderly and clean front desk area.
• Ability to work opening/closing/mid-day shifts.
• Ability to tour members.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Aid other departments with related tasks.
