Equinox is seeking energetic Front Desk Associates in New York to join our luxury health and wellness team. You will greet members, answer phones, respond to inquiries, and maintain a welcoming front desk experience.

This role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and a friendly, professional presence. At least 1 year in customer service, a high school diploma, and the ability to work varied shifts are required; pay starts at $17.00 per hour with benefits and membership perks.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or related experience.
• Must be friendly, vibrant and outgoing.
• Able to communicate effectively in person, via email, and via phone.

Mansioni

• Greet members and guests professionally.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Respond to member questions, concerns and discrepancies.
• Update members' accounts if needed.
• Maintain an orderly and clean front desk area.
• Work opening/closing/mid-day shifts.
• Tour members.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Assist other departments with related tasks.
