Job summary

Equinox Greenwich CT is seeking energetic Front Desk Associates to warmly greet members and guests, scan IDs, answer calls, and maintain an organized lobby. You will help with member questions, account updates, and support other departments to ensure smooth operations.

This role emphasizes top-notch customer service, a friendly, outgoing demeanor, and the ability to work opening, closing, or mid-day shifts within a dynamic fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in person, via email, and via phone.
• Preferably interested in health, fitness, and/or sports.
• Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally.
• Scan membership IDs at entry.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Respond to member questions, concerns and discrepancies.
• Update members’ accounts as needed.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
• Work opening/closing/mid-day shifts.
• Tour members and provide excellent customer service.
• Aid other departments with related tasks.
