Job summary

24 Hour Fitness Milpitas seeks a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding guest experience, driving membership growth and retail sales. You will explain fitness options, tour the club, and onboard new members with a customer-first approach.

Collaborating with the Sales and Service Manager, you will pursue leads, schedule appointments, and contribute to member retention through excellent service and product knowledge. A complimentary gym membership is included.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of fitness industry.
• Able to use computers and POS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Independent, self-starter with good organization.
• Team player and able to operate the membership software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and onboard new members, explaining offers.
• Tour facility and describe services aligning with fitness goals.
• Enroll members using company sales techniques per MAP.
• Generate leads and set appointments for new business.
• Support member retention and drive club profitability.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
