24 Hour Fitness in Santa Clara is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to drive membership sales, engage guests, and deliver a best-in-class service experience. You will guide prospective members through facility tours, onboard new members, and assist with retention initiatives to boost club profitability.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, achieving sales targets, and leveraging POS and membership systems.

Qualificações

• Experience in fitness or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced club environment.
• Knowledge of membership systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Executes the CARE sales model with each guest and explains products/services.
• Tours potential members and registers them through the digital kiosk.
• Enrols guests using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities.
• Achieves personal and team sales goals.
• Manages leads and follows up using the Lead Management System.
• Promotes local campaigns and engages members with programs.
