Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Carlsbad is seeking a Full-Time Member Concierge who welcomes new members and guides them through the start of their fitness journey, building genuine relationships and understanding goals.

You will be the first face they see, deliver a friendly, informative experience, support onboarding to connect members with classes and programs, and contribute to a positive, inclusive gym environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales is expected.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and address questions or concerns.
• Help keep the gym clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Deliver a welcoming sales and service experience to guests and members, guiding next steps in fitness goals.
• Support onboarding to connect members with fitness offerings and resources.
