24 Hour Fitness in Corona, CA is seeking a full-time Member Concierge to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will listen to goals, assess needs, and propose personalized solutions in a friendly, inclusive setting.

Responsibilities include greeting members, assisting with questions, maintaining a clean gym, driving a strong sales/service experience, and facilitating onboarding to connect members with fitness offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and resolve concerns.
• Keep gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative sales and service experience to all guests and members.
• Support onboarding to connect members with fitness offerings.
