Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Strong service mentality with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns and connect to resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative, and inclusive sales and service experience.
• Support onboarding so members connect to fitness offerings and feel a sense of belonging.
