Job summary

The role emphasizes relationship-building with members, effective use of POS and membership tools, and collaboration with the Sales and Service Manager to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• 1–2 years of service sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest experience and onboarding using CARE sales model.
• Tour facility, describe offerings, enroll members per MAP procedures.
• Enrol guests professionally and drive membership sales and retention.
• Generate leads through community outreach and on-site promotions.
• Maintain member relations, assist with all questions and referrals.
• Support club profitability through achieving sales goals.
