BECU is seeking a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless, high-quality member experience. You’ll apply product knowledge to identify needs and refer members to specialized services, acting as a subject-matter expert in financial services.

Located in the Mountain District with pod branches, this role involves travel between Hawks Prairie, Lacey, and Tumwater branches. Training and a one-year commitment are required, with shifts and travel accommodated by business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience; two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales, including knowledge of business services, consumer lending, deposits, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through the call center, ensuring members’ needs are fulfilled.
• Assist the community with financial wellness through education, budgeting support, debt management, or access to financial planning resources.
