Job summary

BECU in Renton, WA seeks a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless member experience and sales across consumer financial services. You will diagnose members' needs and refer to specialized services when needed, becoming a subject matter expert in BECU products.

Role includes rotation across POD branches, training at the Tukwila center, and a minimum one-year commitment. Emphasis on financial wellness and community impact, with travel between branches as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless and high-quality member experience across financial services.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through call center activities.
• Support the community with financial wellness and budgeting resources.
