Job summary

BECU is seeking a Member Consultant II in the Bellevue area to deliver a seamless member experience and sales guidance across banking products. You will support a pod structure, rotate across branches, and participate in in-house training.

The role emphasizes financial education, teamwork, and flexible scheduling, with a focus on delivering quality service and meeting sales objectives. Growth opportunities within a purpose-driven credit union are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to upsell or cross-sell.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Spanish language fluency is highly desirable for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member experience and sales consultation across product areas including business services, consumer lending, deposits, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated via outbound/inbound calls.
• Assist community with financial wellness through budgeting, planning resources, and education programs.
