Job summary

BECU in Silverdale is seeking a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless member experience by applying product knowledge across financial services and guiding members to appropriate solutions. The role emphasizes sales, service, and community financial wellness.

You will rotate across pod branches in the Soundview District, supporting multiple locations with training and travel requirements, ensuring a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• One year of experience in a financial institution.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.
• Ability to successfully complete 12-week in-house training program after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales using product knowledge across business services, consumer lending, deposits, and fiduciary accounts.
• Sign and process all relevant line and loan documents for outbound/inbound calls.
• Assist the community with financial wellness through education, budgeting, debt management, and financial planning resources.
