Invited Clubs in Anthem, AZ is seeking a Member Experience Coordinator to enhance the member journey across events, onboarding, and communications. You will coordinate the event calendar, registrations, and support setup for club events, while also managing social media and promoting engagement.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality or a similar role, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
• Service-oriented mindset focused on member and guest experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across channels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event registrations and support member onboarding and programming.
• Assist with event setup, décor, name badges, and welcome signs.
• Capture photos and send thank-you notes to speakers; write postcards to invite members to events.
• Monitor and update social media posts and event calendar across channels.
• Collaborate with department heads to create annual club event calendar and participate in committees.
• Support with communication efforts to promote events and engage with members.
